Finalmente o tenho duas pequeninas árvores/arbustos de mirtilhos.
São da variedade bluecrop e patriot, foi o que consegui desenrrascar no giga-garden na guia.
Infelizmente dizem que n se dão mt bem no Algarve devido ao solo ser mt alcalino ou básico(ph aprox 8), por isso tive que plantar aqui no Nuerte(ph aprox 5) entre duas árvores de cerejeiras !
Os mirtilhos são uma espécie de elixir da juventude por serem mt ricos em anti-oxidantes. Se comprados em doce são relativamente baratuchos mas o fruto mesmo é bem carote, vi uma vez num hipermercado a venderem por €7 uma 50 gramas que dá prai 20 bagas.
Ia ainda acrescentar que o nome do standard wireless Bluetooth era atribuido ao http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harald_I_of_Denmark pq ele gostava mt de mirtilhos (blueberries) mas não diz nada disso na página. Shamanito se puderes arranjar fontes fidedignas que comprovem isto avisa.

Gostaria de salientar que os meus dentes nao são azuis, mas assim a dar para o esverdeado.
Efectivamente parece que a história dos "dentes azuis" é mais folklore da internet que outra coisa.. mais info:

NOTA: O smog oferece um mirtilho dos dele a quem encontrar a história verdadeira do Harald e os seus supostos dentes azuis.
